   We utilise the best of local & seasonal produce in our preparation & cooking to provide the highest of quality for our customers all at a realistic price, all ingredients being freshly hand picked by the Chef, without compromise.  We have daily 'fresh' fish from our local poissonnerie in Secondigny, fresh fruits from our village producer, local free range eggs, daily fresh bread from our village Boulanger, Pamplie Butter, Ile De Ré salt and a range of classic artisan cheese such as Brillat Savarin & Fourme d'Ambert, including Goats cheese 'famous of the deux serves region' and are building relationships to expand the use of all produce right on our doorstep.
